From 30 July to 1 August 2026, employees from the management and sales teams of Sunzen Group Berhad, Eye Nation Medical Sdn Bhd, Finsource Credit (M) Sdn Bhd, Yanming Resources Sdn Bhd and Ecolite Biotech Manufacturing Sdn Bhd gathered at Bilut Hills, Bentong, Pahang for a meaningful team building. The team building provided an opportunity for employees to better understand the organisation’s vision, mission and strategic goals, while strengthening teamwork, individual accountability and a shared sense of purpose towards achieving organisational objectives.

Through learning and team-based activities, employees were encouraged to translate company goals into departmental and individual objectives, while understanding how their roles contribute to overall business results. The team building also emphasised setting challenging and results-oriented Performance Indicators (CPIs), focusing on outcomes and individual accountability.

The team building strengthened employees’ understanding of how individual contributions and teamwork can improve business results and engagement. It also created stronger bonds and togetherness among employees, reflecting Sunzen’s Family Culture and encouraging a more collaborative and high-performing workplace.
