On March 7-8, 2024, Ecolite Biotech’s leadership team embarked on an enriching two-day retreat at the serene Black Donut Villa in Batu Pahat. This strategic gathering brought together all Department Heads, Directors, and our CEO – a total of 12 key decision-makers – for an intensive session of team building and strategic planning.

Led by experts from Wholesome Academy, the retreat focused on relieving stress, enhancing interdepartmental communication, and aligning our vision for 2024. Through a series of engaging activities, our leaders delved into intrinsic psychological cultivation, revisited Ecolite’s mission, and explored key aspects of our company’s operations.
