To enhance synergy and strategic alignment among its subsidiaries, Sunzen Group hosted a three-day, two-night team-building event themed “One Group, One Vision” from May 8th to 10th, 2025, at the Ames Hotel in Malacca. Participants included management and sales teams from Ecolite Manufacturing, Yanming, Finsource Credit, and Eye Nation.

On the first day of the event, senior leaders delivered speeches clarifying the group’s future direction and goals. Following this, each sales team presented their action plans, clearly demonstrating the path to translating the vision into results.

In addition to strategic discussions, the event incorporated a variety of team-building activities to enhance collaboration and communication. A particularly memorable event was a uniquely themed dinner where team members showcased their talents, creating a lively and joyful atmosphere.
